The Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya (IIMBG) recently concluded a transformative Management Development Program (MDP) tailored for the Planning and Development Department (PDD) of the Government of Bihar.Conducted from September 11 to September 13, 2024, the program attracted both district and state-level officials from Bihar. The program’s vision was inspired by IIMBG Director Prof. Vinita S. Sahay, who advocates for a balanced development of hard and soft skills in government officials, essential for effective leadership.
