Twenty doctors participated in the eight edition of IIM Bodh Gaya’s six-day Management Development Programme (MDP) for the Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS), Patna held from 1st to 6th Dec 2025. The thoughtfully curated programme blending healthcare leadership, operational excellence, and technology-driven innovation, was led by Prof. Vinita S. The Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya (IIMBG), in partnership with the Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (BIPARD), Gaya, has been at the forefront of capacity building for newly recruited officers of the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) under the Government of Bihar. Chief Minister SC/ST/EBC Udyami Yojana (CMUY) at IIM Bodh Gaya
The Chief Minister SC/ST/EBC Udyami Yojana (CMUY) is a visionary project by the Bihar Government to address the socio-economic disparities faced by marginalized communities, specifically the Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), and Extremely Backward Classes (EBCs). This pioneering scheme is designed to support and promote self-employment and entrepreneurship among these communities, aiming to uplift them and contribute to the overall development of Bihar. Through this scheme, eligible recipients receive a substantial financial incentive up to Rs. 10 Lakh, comprising 50% as a loan and the remaining 50% as a grant.

The “Management and Skill Development Program” has been developed for the dealers of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) through a creative collaboration with NSE and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya. Under the guidance of Dr. Vinita S. Sahay, Director of IIM Bodh Gaya, a three-day training program for HPCL dealers from the East-Central Zone was successfully conducted in collaboration with NSE Academy.
