On the second day of the Orientation Program 2020, Sean Fargo, Mindfulness Consultant and Founder of “Mindfulness Exercises” led the incoming batch into a virtual session on Mindfulness. Apart from conducting certain mindfulness and reflective exercises, Sean Fargo also addressed queries on how mindfulness and meditation could be incorporated in day-to-day lives of students.
