Overview:

Dr. Prabhu has a PhD in Psychology from Central University of Karnataka, Kalaburagi. His doctoral research investigated the role of Workplace Incivility, Academic Leadership and Organizational Justice on Effectiveness of Indian Academic Institutions. He has completed his under-graduation and postgraduation studies in Psychology from Central University of Karnataka, Kalaburagi. After obtaining his doctorate degree, he has worked as Assistant Professor of Psychology at Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore.
