About Permanent Campus

IIM Bodh Gaya is functioning from its transit campus from the B.Ed. Building of Magadh University, suitably modified. However, the construction of its permanent campus is in full swing and is likely to be completed by the March 2023.

On finalisation of design and drawing, CPWD floated an open Tender on July 14, 2020, “Name of Work: Construction of Permanent Campus of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodhgaya, Bodhgaya, Bihar. Phase-I SH- Construction of Academic block, MDP Education, MDP Residence, Auditorium, Sports Complex, Hostel, Mess, Professor’s Residence, Assistant Professor’s Residence, Staff Housing, Director Bungalow, Servant quarters, Medical Centre, Utility block including Civil, Electrical & Mechanical and Horticulture Works/Services/ External Developments works, Roads, Pathway, sculpture, signage, internal and external electrical installations, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Lifts, Substations, DG Sets, HVAC, LAN Networking, IBMS, AUDIOVISUAL SYSTEM, Solar Photovoltaic Panel, STP, WTP etc. on EPC Basis.

The construction of the permanent campus commenced on September 2020, and is likely to be completed by the March 2023.
