International Conference of Marketing on Consumer Experience in Digital Era (ICM 2023)

 

IIM Bodhgaya is delighted to welcome all the eminent speakers for the International Conference of Marketing (ICM 2023) on Consumer Experience in Digital Era.

IIM Bodh Gaya inaugurated the International Conference of Marketing on Consumer Experience in the Digital Era on 14th April 2023. The conference was hosted in association with the School of Business, Economics and Law, University of Gothenburg, Sweden.

The aim of the ICM Conference is to provide a global scholarly platform for discussions and deliberations on the shifts in consumer behavior, and the ways brands can meet customers’ expectations in the new reality. 8 out of 16 sessions were held on the 14th of April.

A short cultural programme was organized by the students of IIM Bodh Gaya at ICM Conference 2023. The audience enjoyed watching a wide range of performances such as traditional Indian dancing, folk dances, group singing, individual singing and many more.

Prof. Cecilia Soler, Associate Professor, Department of Marketing at the School of Business, Economics and Law, University of Gothenburg, Sweden, took to the stage to talk about important topics of the research field.

The second day of ICM 2023 witnessed more paper presentations from the participants. This was followed by the valedictory session. The valedictory session started with welcoming of all the dignitaries and participants.
