Overview:

Dr. Vittal Rangan is an Assistant Professor in the area of OB and HR. He specializes in work engagement in the social sector. For over two decades, he has helped organizations cultivate, manage and grow their human resources through targeted interventions across the HR domains. As a CHRO, he has helped some of them feature among the India’s Best Companies to Work For, including the coveted Top 10 position. His experience spans across BFSI sectors (Aditya Birla, Murugappa Group, HDFC & Ujjivan), information technology (Mahindra Satyam) and manufacturing (Asian Paints).
Dr. Vittal has held multiple leadership roles and has received many HR Awards for his initiatives. He has been a speaker in industry forums across India and abroad viz. Confederation of Indian Industry, National HRD Network, Microfinance India Summit, Women’s World Banking.
