Dr. Suryakant Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the area of Operations and Quantitative Techniques at IIM Bodh Gaya. His research focuses on human-robot collaboration in intelligent logistics, analytical modeling, and game-theoretic decision-making in complex supply chain systems. Prior to joining IIM Bodh Gaya, he worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at National Taiwan University, where he worked on NSTC-funded projects at the interface of robotics and warehouse management. Dr. Kumar holds a Ph.D. in Operations and Decision-Making from the Department of Business Administration, National Taiwan University; an M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Industrial and Systems Engineering, IIT Kharagpur; and a B.Tech. from IIT (BHU) Varanasi. His work has been published in leading journals such as Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review and IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management.
