Dr. Supriya Kumar Ghatak is an Assistant Professor in the Information Technology Systems & Analytics area at the Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya. He has completed his Doctoral degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. During his doctoral program, he worked in the domain of software team performance with respect to team members’ knowledge level and software team composition. Prior to joining at IIM Bodh Gaya, he worked as a software engineer at the ERP section, IIT Kharagpur. He is interested in MIS, Business Data Analytics, DBMS, ERP etc.
