Dr. Sujit Sekhar Moharana is a BTech (IGIT, Sarang), MTech (IIT Kharagpur), MBA – HRM (XIMB), and PhD (IIM Lucknow). In terms of research, his interests primarily deal with examining the effects of dark traits on various domains of individual functioning and has published in top tier journals. He has coauthored a book on Contemporary Organizational Behavior dealing with multiple aspects of Micro and Macro aspects of Indian organizations. In terms of teaching, he is engaged in the subjects of Macro Organizational Behavior, Occupational Testing & Measurement, Total Rewards Management, Competency Mapping & Assessment Centers, and Principles of Management. Further, he has also undertaken teaching assignments as a visiting faculty at IIM Lucknow covering the courses of Designing Work Organizations. Apart from academics, Dr. Sujit is an avid stock market enthusiast and regularly trades the market.
