Overview:

Pinaz Tiwari is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management, Bodh Gaya. As a freelancer, she is also working as the Social Media Manager (Global Head) of the International Studies Tourism Association and International Journal of Tourism Cities (Scopus Q1, ABDC-indexed). She did her PhD from Jamia Millia Islamia and holds two years of industry experience. Her interest areas are consumer behaviour, destination management and marketing. She has received the Young Service Researcher Award from the International Research Symposium for Service Management – India chapter in 2023. Dr Pinaz has been invited to deliver several sessions including those in Banaras Hindu University, Central University of Kerala and Christ University, Bangalore. Before joining IIM Bodh Gaya, she served as Assistant Professor (Marketing) and Departmental Coordinator for International Relations and Academic Collaborations at GLA University, Mathura. She is also the President of Conscious Communication Council, Delhi State at the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI).
