Overview:
Madhumita Das is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Indian Institute of Management, Bodh Gaya. She did her PhD from the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Kharagpur. Her interest areas are environmental economics, ecotourism, sustainable tourism. Dr. Das has research publications in top-tier journals like International Journal of Hospitality Management, Tourism Management Perspectives, Singapore Economic Review. Dr Das also serves as invited reviewer in reputed international journals. Before joining IIM Bodh Gaya, she served as Assistant Professor Senior in VIT Business School, VIT University, Vellore.
