About the Case Centre

Welcome to the IIM Bodh Gaya Case Centre, established in 2025 as the gateway to transformative management education through real-world case studies. We empower educators to craft compelling narratives from authentic business challenges, fostering experiential learning that sharpens critical thinking and decision-making skills for future leaders.

Aligned with our institute's vision to develop socially responsible and mindful business leaders, the Centre will produce a diverse range of cases including on ethical leadership and sustainability as key aspects within our collaborative, diverse culture. Embracing the renowned case method pioneered by global business schools, we will immerse participants in realistic scenarios, enabling them to step into executive roles and tackle complex decisions.

As we build our portfolio, our key initiatives include forging faculty-industry partnerships to create diverse cases; offering editorial support, funding, and workshops for case development; and pursuing global distribution through strategic alliances. We plan to recognize excellence with awards and host conferences to advance teaching capabilities, ensuring our materials inspire worldwide.
