About the AICTE–QIP PG Certification programme
The AICTE–QIP PG Certificate Programme (2026–27) is a flagship national initiative designed for the academic upskilling of faculty members from AICTE-approved institutions, with a strong focus on emerging areas of Engineering and Management. Introduced in 2024–25 and widely appreciated across the academic community, the programme aims to bridge the critical skill gap faced by institutions while launching new courses in high-growth domains such as AI, Data Science, FinTech, Sustainability, Public Policy, Industry 4.0, and Climate Finance
The programme spans six months (200 hours) in a hybrid mode, combining online learning with two mandatory on-campus residential modules of four weeks in total. The curriculum follows a rigorous 18-credit framework, integrating theory, lab work, applied projects, and industry-linked capstone components
Eligible participants include full-time faculty with minimum three years of teaching experience, drawn from Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Sciences, and Management disciplines. The programme is fully sponsored by AICTE, with no tuition fee for participants, ensuring equitable national access to advanced professional development
The initiative plays a strategic role in strengthening India’s higher education ecosystem by equipping educators with future-ready competencies.
About IIM Bodh Gaya
Established in 2015 under the aegis of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, the Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya (IIM BG) has rapidly emerged as a leading institution in management education. - Core 1 – AI, Analytics & Digital Tools for Management Business analytics, data-driven decision-making, Python, machine learning, and visualization tools for managerial leadership.
- Domain Core – Leadership in the AI, VUCA & BANI World Case-based leadership development for managing uncertainty, complexity, and ethical decision-making.
- Core 2 – Business Analytics & Machine Learning with Python Applied analytics for performance management, sustainability measurement, and strategic decision-making.
- Domain Specialization – Public Policy, Governance & Regulatory Compliance Frameworks on environmental policy, CSR laws, SEBI-ESG compliance, carbon markets, and public–private governance for sustainability.
