OVERVIEW:
Dr. Abhyudaya Anand Mishra is an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management area at IIM Bodh Gaya. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Management Kashipur,  directly after his  B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand. His research interests gravitate around contemporary developments in HRM and OB, including gig work, careers in new contexts, digital platforms and the interaction of Industry 4.0 Technologies and HRM. He frequently reviews for notable journals of the field and sits on early career review board (ECRB) of Career Development International.
