Overview:

Dr. Amit Srivastava is Associate Professor (Strategy and Entrepreneurship) and Chairperson Executive Education and Consultancy at IIM Bodh Gaya. He did PhD from Indian Institute Technology Delhi. Prior to joining IIMBG, Dr. Amit Srivastava was leading the Strategy and General Management area of AACSB accredited T A Pai Management Institute Manipal. With more than 15 years of experience, Dr. Amit has been associated with IIFT Delhi, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Ahmedabad, Bradford University School of Management UK and Sardar Patel University Gujarat etc. He also served on the board of the some of the educational institutions.

Dr. Srivastava also served on the Editorial Board of leading management journals and published several research articles and case studies in the journals of international repute. He has worked on projects of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs of Gov of India, HPCL, Hero Honda, Delhi Metro, Ministry of Health of Government of India, World Health Organisation, Government of Bihar Departments of Education, Industries, Health etc.

He has been the Convener of international conference and led several management development programs as Program Director. Apart from conducting training sessions, he has been involved in designing and execution of a diverse range of training programs for the officials of different departments of Government of India like Department of Education, Panchayati Raj, Postal Services, senior executives of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) like NTPC, HPCL, IOCL etc, Academic Institutions, State and Union Public Service Commission officers, Departments of Government of Bihar like Department of Water Resources, Transport, Agriculture, Planning, Police, Fire Department etc. He has received Coimbatore Krishnarao (CK) Prahalad Prashasti for Corporate and Social Strategy 2022 by ReTHINK INDIA. His current teaching, research and practice interest areas are competitive strategy, inter-organisational governance, strategic innovation management, public policy design and implementation, public-private partnership.
