IIM Bodh Gaya organized its grand Orientation Program on 15th and 16th July 2023, welcoming a diverse group of students. The event marked the induction of 300 MBA students, 99 MBA-DBM students, 87 MBA-HHM students, and 7 Ph.D. scholars. Esteemed guests, faculty members, and existing students graced the two-day gala event, concluding on Sunday.
With a commitment to academic and gender diversity, the institute boasts a diverse student cohort, comprising individuals from various disciplines. The MBA program alone saw 78 female students joining, and 52.7% of the batch represents a Non-Engineering background. The MBA-DBM and MBA-HHM programs also showcased impressive diversity in academic backgrounds.
The Orientation Program featured captivating cultural performances, enlightening sessions by distinguished speakers, and informative sessions on MBA policies and opportunities. Industry veterans and leaders provided valuable insights, inspiring students to become mindful and socially responsible business leaders.
The program’s second-day session exposed students to expertise in technology, sustainability, consulting, and healthcare. The day concluded on an inspiring note, setting the stage for an educational journey that will shape the next generation of diverse leaders committed to making a difference in the business landscape.
