His doctoral thesis explores the dimensions of financial well-being, with broader interests encompassing identity, career transition, and liminality. Beyond academia, he is actively engaged in both private and public policy sector initiatives. Notably, he collaborated with the government of India, playing a pivotal role in developing a curriculum on well-being that significantly impacted the lives of over 30,000 girl children. In addition to his policy work, he is actively involved in academic review services (Journal of Management, Spirituality & Religion, 2023), book projects, prestigious fellowships (Fetzer MSR, 2023), and relevant courses that have enhanced his capability to contribute effectively to management. His three years of corporate training and consulting have allowed him to make a positive impact on employee well-being across diverse sectors, including HR, finance, and healthcare.
Research Interests:
Qualitative Research; Identity; Liminality; Career Transition My research philosophy integrates social constructivist ontology with interpretivist epistemology. I believe that the role of a researcher is to initiate and foster dialogue within academic and broader communities. As my senior researcher shared during his thesis, this dialogue catalyzes theoretical contributions and advancements in knowledge. I am committed to building theoretical frameworks that deepen our understanding of identity dynamics, liminality, and career transitions, aiming to make meaningful contributions to the field and promote positive societal impact.
