Mental Health and Well-Being

Mental Health and Well-Being Committee (MHWB) has been constituted to take care of the mental health, psychological concerns and well-being of its stakeholders i.e. students, faculty and staff at Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya (IIM BG). The committee aims to provide preventive and practical solutions to overcome the negative emotional responses and concurrent anxiety associated with uncertain events, such as the outbreak of Covid-19.
In relation to the COVID pandemic, we emphasize that ‘this too shall pass’ and we need to be physically and psychologically strong. This message should be strongly borne in our minds. The key is to stay optimistic and focus on our health and well-being.
If you are suffering from psychological distress or have any queries with regards to your psychological health, feel free to contact any member, mentioned in the list given below. We have also listed below some helpline numbers and other resources available for remote counseling. Stay healthy and happy!
