Retail Conclave-21’ of IIM Bodh Gaya was held on 25th March 2021. The Retail Conclave at IIM Bodhgaya is a platform to bring eminent leaders from industries, marketers, entrepreneurs, academia, and future leaders at the same platform to discuss diverse aspects of retail marketing and branding, along with celebrating success stories. The event helped students to get a different perspective on key and pertinent issues like the importance of customer relationships/experiences in the retail industry. The conclave this year hosted speakers with expertise in the field of retail marketing from big brands who enlightened the young to-be-marketeers.

So, the company’s approach shifted to the customer experience from a traditional internal-oriented approach.
