Overview
Dr. Namita Ruparel has a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Pilani Campus. Her research focuses on identifying the antecedents of authentic happiness and quality of life in the workplace, nested in the tenets of positive organizational psychology. She works in the methods of modelling, scale development and validation, and systematic literature reviews. Before joining IIM, she has taught at OP Jindal Global University, Icfai Business School, Woxsen University and the WILP Division of BITS Pilani.
