Overview

Dr. Anurag Kulshrestha is an Assistant Professor in the Information Systems and Analytics area at IIM Bodh Gaya. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, with a specialization in IT & Systems. His research interests include deep learning, explainable AI (XAI), forecasting, and service improvement, particularly in the domains of healthcare and tourism. His research has been published in reputed international journals such as Journal of Forecasting and Annals of Tourism Research. He actively explores how data-driven approaches can support effective decision-making and enhance service delivery. In addition to his academic engagements, he has contributed to executive education and conducted Management Development Programs (MDPs) for officers from the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India, focusing on data analytics and visualization for public auditing and governance.
