Overview

Dr. Pratima Verma holds Post doctorate in the area of Strategic Management from IIT Madras. Her areas of interest include horizontal strategy, culture, leadership, and human recourse in management. She obtained her PhD from IIT Kanpur in Strategic Management domain in the Department of Industrial & Management Engineering, in the year 2017. She received her MBA in Finance and Human Resource Management in the year 2011 and B.Tech in Information Technology in the year 2009 from UPTU, Lucknow. She has one year of experience in teaching carrier. She also awarded JRF/SRF in the area of human resource management. She is a contributing author in journals including IJPMB, IJISE, IJBIS, and Benchmarking: An International Journal, etc. Currently, she is Assistant Professor at IIM Bodhgaya.
